Gattermeir Davidson Welcomes New Team Members, Lois & Ron Schweiss

Gattermeir Davidson Real Estate is excited to introduce their newest team members, Lois and Ron Schweiss.  Lois and Ron bring a combined 45 years of Real Estate experience to the lake area, having served the needs of Buyers and Sellers in the Ste. Genevieve/Festus region, just on the out skirts of St. Louis.  They have decided to move full time to the Lake of the Ozarks to pursue their next chapter on life, selling real estate at beautiful Lake of the Ozarks!

"Lois and I have lived in Ste. Genevieve all of our lives." Ron says. "It's a great little town!  The Ste. Genevieve real estate market and the people there have been good to us.  We've helped hundreds of families there with their real estate needs.  We were ready for a change of pace."  Lois and Ron have 2 grown children and 3 grandchildren they love to spoil!  Osage Beach area is where they love to call their home at the Lake of the Ozarks, but they are very familiar with all aspects of the Lake area.  Vacationing and being a second home owner in the lake for many years, they are grounded in the aspects that our community offers to second homeowners and vacationers alike.   “They really know about the experience of being on the other end of the process as both a buyer and a seller here at the Lake, since they have had a few different condos over the years.” said Ryan Gattermeir, Broker/Partner.
